Shipping policy

Concerning deliveries we have a team of drivers that are all over Trinidad and have multiple orders per day. When making an order it is advised that you give a set location where the driver can deliver.

The drivers usually call 30 - 45 minutes prior before delivery for a pin location. 

Please keep your phones open on the set day of delivery cause the drivers call twice and can't stay in the area for more than 10 minutes. 

Also when it comes to delivery fees unless due to the business negligence the delivery fee must be paid once the driver reach the location
